MTD Station

The MTD system consists of a station, completely realised in stainless steel, with small dimensions so that to save space in the working places. The forced fan heating, supplying air to the shuttle side, grants a good temperature homogeneity inside the compartments and a great rapidity in reaching the set temperatures.

All operations can be controlled by the practical LCD colour touchscreen, on the station side; the positioning of the screen has been studied to be easily reached during both the inactivity and the cycle phases, when the shuttle is linked to the station.

The station has a two-point electromagnetic hooking system that allows a simple connection to the shuttle and a perfect seal of air flux, thanks also to the coloured gaskets (red and blue, so that to immediately recognise the cold and hot ventilation).

The disconnection of the shuttle happens through a specified button, separated from the touchscreen. The station has special rails, driving the shuttle to the correct connection position with the station.
